Eugenie Grandet by Honore De Balzac is a real page turner (well, after the first 25 or so), I read most of it over the weekend and the last few pages, the cliffhanger, last night. I laughed and I cried, old man Grandet reminded me of Mr. Krabs from Sponge Bob.
